This room displays items relating to the mining era, the Borough of Clunes era of local government and the church history of Clunes.
Highlights include the lithograph of the famous Port Phillip and Colonial Gold Mining Company engine room. This mine was the third most productive quartz reef mine in Victoria and its manager was Rivett Bland, an exemplary 19th century Clunes citizen.
